From a technical viewpoint, I have built up quite some expertise in the fields of: industrial engineering (labour organization), process automation, production flow & planning (lean mft, QRM, layout, ERP), performance management, strategy development & business process innovation.I am quite passionate about triggering (groups of-) people to imagine what their future could look like, stretch their ambitions, share their vision with colleagues, discover and use the strengths & resources that are already available, try out new things and enjoy the process of building solutions together.
